I cannot adequately say how beneficial your existence is to myself and my wife who has Parkinson’s and Lewy Body Dementia. She has no idea where or what a Day Centre is but she feels safe and relaxed in some environments, she feels those emotions at Foxhall thanks to the kindness and professionalism of the staff. Her visits help her escape from the frightening world of dementia for a few hours and for that, thank you so much and thank you from me, for knowing that I can relax for a while in the knowledge that my wife is safe with you.

My mother attends twice weekly. When she returns to us she is energised, enthusiastic and engaged. I fear that if she did not have these outings she would sit in her home, alone and mentally unstimulated with every possibility that her Alzheimer's would quietly advance.

My mother's visits to you provides her with much needed company. The mindful activities gets her memory working along with others with similar disabilities. Your dedicated, pro-active and thoughtful care staff provides safety, fun and laughter. I have seen many times the patience and dedication your lovely carers provides...not just for my Mother but for all of the attendees.

The hot lunches you provide are well thought out, nutritious and sociable.

I have always found it most humbling that there are truly good people like yourselves out there who really do cherish and value our older community.
